The director of the library, Dagmara Budek, is responsible for library's right functioning, carrying out the tasks connected with a statute and managing finances as well. Besides the director represents the library. The director is also the editor-in-chief of "Biuletyn informacyjny PUM".

The deputy director, Edyta Rogowska, carries out the assignments and substitutes the director.

 

secretariat

Independent clerk, Iwona Jachimiak provides administrative and economic services for the library secretariat, among others she receipts and sends correspondence, issues an invoices for library services, arranges the transport of library materials to the PMU clinics and orders materials for the library.
